This third annual GIS Day event showcasing GIS activities in Western North Carolina was held November 12, 2009 at the RENCI at UNCA's Community Engagement Site in downtown Asheville's Grove Arcade. The event was attended by many local GIS professionals, representatives, faculty, and students.
