Fire Lines Newsletter Features TACCIMO Ahead of International Conference
The September/October issue of Fire Lines, the Southern Fire Exchange newsletter, includes the Template for Assessing Climate Change Impacts and Management Options (TACCIMO) as a featured online tool. The TACCIMO feature serves as a preview to a workshop that will be held as part of the International Association of Wildland Fire's 4th International Fire Behavior and Fuels Conference. The goal of the TACCIMO workshop is to familiarize participants with the TACCIMO tool through guided case studies focusing on the effects of climate change on fire and fuel management in the southern United States.
